Welcome to Dronica. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Dronica website, platform, software, products, and related services. By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the Dronica platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision contained within these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately. Dronica reserves the right to update, revise, or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice, and continued use of the platform following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Use of Services
Dronica provides software, operational systems, digital infrastructure, analytics tools, and drone-related industrial solutions intended for professional, commercial, and enterprise use. Users agree to use the services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable regulations, aviation laws, data protection laws, and industry standards. Users may not misuse the platform by attempting unauthorized access, distributing malicious software, interfering with service availability, reverse engineering proprietary systems, or using the platform in a way that could damage Dronica’s operations, reputation, or intellectual property. Any activity deemed abusive, fraudulent, harmful, or unlawful may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of access.
User Accounts and Responsibilities
Certain features of the Dronica platform may require account registration. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities conducted under their account. Users agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to promptly update such information if changes occur. Dronica shall not be liable for losses or damages arising from unauthorized access caused by negligence in securing account credentials. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that all content, operational data, flight records, uploaded files, and communications transmitted through the platform comply with applicable laws and do not infringe upon the rights of third parties.
Intellectual Property Rights
All materials, software systems, visual assets, branding elements, interface designs, databases, documentation, graphics, logos, trademarks, and proprietary technologies available through Dronica are owned by or licensed to Dronica and are protected under intellectual property laws and international copyright regulations. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to access and use the platform strictly for authorized business purposes. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, sublicense, or exploit any portion of the platform without prior written consent from Dronica. Unauthorized use of Dronica intellectual property may result in legal action and claims for damages.
Platform Availability and Service Limitations
Dronica aims to provide stable and reliable access to its services; however, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed at all times. Scheduled maintenance, infrastructure upgrades, security incidents, third-party disruptions, force majeure events, or technical failures may temporarily affect accessibility or performance. Dronica reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or restrict any feature, functionality, or portion of the services without liability. While reasonable efforts are made to maintain data accuracy and operational reliability, Dronica does not warrant that all outputs, analytics, reports, or automated systems will be entirely error-free or continuously available.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dronica shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or related to the use of the platform or services. This includes, but is not limited to, operational disruptions, business interruption, financial losses, loss of data, reputational damage, lost profits, system failures, or reliance on analytics generated through the platform. Users acknowledge that drone operations and industrial monitoring activities inherently involve operational risks, and responsibility for compliance, deployment decisions, and operational execution remains solely with the user or organization operating the drone systems.
Third-Party Services and Integrations
The Dronica platform may include integrations, APIs, embedded tools, or links connected to third-party services, cloud providers, mapping systems, analytics providers, or external applications. Dronica does not control or assume responsibility for the availability, accuracy, policies, security practices, or reliability of third-party services. Accessing or using third-party integrations is performed at the user’s own risk and may be subject to separate agreements or policies established by the relevant third-party providers.
Termination
Dronica reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the platform at its sole discretion if users violate these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, compromise platform security, or create operational or legal risks. Upon termination, users must cease all use of the services and any licenses or permissions granted under these Terms shall immediately end. Termination shall not affect any rights, obligations, liabilities, or legal remedies accrued prior to termination.
Governing Law
